MicroCerts partners with the Pakistan-China Institute to launch HSK-aligned Chinese language certifications for students, scholarship aspirants, and professionals pursuing opportunities in China and CPEC-linked industries.

MicroCerts x Pakistan-China Institute: MoU Signing Ceremony
We’re proud to announce that MicroCerts, Pakistan’s national digital skill-certification platform has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Pakistan-China Institute (PCI) to launch four HSK-aligned Chinese Language certification modules designed to support scholarship aspirants, students preparing to study in China, and professionals working on CPEC projects.
The MoU was signed by Imran Bhatti, Chief Executive Officer, MicroCerts, and Mustafa Hyder Sayed, Executive Director, Pakistan-China Institute, at a ceremony held at MicroCerts’ office in Islamabad.
The ceremony was also attended by Tehzeeb Hussain Bercha on behalf of PCI, along with members of the MicroCerts team: Sammar Amin (Program Manager), Somaiya Burhan (Manager Certifications), Kacho Muddassir A. Khwaja Ahmad, Faisal Bukhari, and Muqaddas S.
This partnership marks an important step in strengthening Pakistan-China cooperation in education and language and in equipping Pakistani talent for opportunities in China and CPEC-linked industries.
