The MicroCerts team held an online meeting today with Mr. Ayaz Ahmed Uqaili, Member IT Industry Development, Dr. Shahzeb Malik, Ph.D. and their team under the Science & Information Technology Department, Government of Sindh team, to discuss opportunities for integrating industry-relevant digital certifications into Sindh’s skills development ecosystem.

Led by our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Imran Bhatti, alongside our Program Manager, Ms. Sammar Amin, the MicroCerts team presented its national certification ecosystem, highlighting AI-proctored assessments, blockchain-verified credentials, and industry-aligned certification pathways.

Mr Imran Bhatti briefed on how these certifications can support Sindh’s workforce development, digital literacy, and public sector capacity-building initiatives.

Mr. Ayaz Ahmed Uqaili appreciated the potential of a standards-based certification ecosystem to support Sindh’s digital transformation agenda. Both sides explored avenues for collaboration to align certification programmes with provincial priorities and create scalable pathways for skills recognition across government, academia, and industry.
