About This Event
The tripartite Memorandum of Understanding for ACT AI was signed between NAVTTC, the Higher
Education Commission, AI SkillBridge and AXI Systems, at the office of Mr. Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan,
Chairman, Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, with senior representatives of all partner institutions in
attendance.
The signing established the delivery framework: NAVTTC as funding and endorsement partner, HEC as
national infrastructure partner, and AI SkillBridge as sole execution partner, end to end.
